Step 2 of making this Sweet Southern Belle Doily.


This is step 2 showing the 5 rows on both sides of the bodice of Mint Green and Light Green. These five rows make the two sleeves for this Belle Doily. The edging on these two sleeves is the color Light Green.

Finished pictures of Yellow May Basket.


This picture is the finished creation of this doily with Rose Pink roses and Light Green leaves on it.
The roses and leaves were glued on with fabric glue.
This handmade doily took me about two days to do this doily.

This is step 7 showing one row of the color Light Green. This is the last row for the edging. This row has scallops around the pineapples on this doily. The scallops are made during a single crochet and then a double crochet and then chain 2 and then do another double crochet and then a single crochet in the chain 3 of the last row in the step 6.

This is step 2 showing nineteen rows of the color Light Aqua. The first four rows of this step create a scallop look to it. The next nine rows create the pineapples in this doily. The next 2 rows create more scallops and the last four rows create a lacy look around the scallops.

Step 1 of making this Snow Flower Doily.


This is step 1 showing five rows of the color Mint Green Ombre. The rows, 3, 4, and 5, I only used the back loops because later on in the pattern I will use those front loops for RND 28, RND 29, and RND 30.

Step 7 of making this Twilight Torch Doily.


This is step 7 showing one row of the color Wood Violet. This row uses only the back loops of the stitches. This leaves a pattern of raised lines with the front loops that does not get used in the doily. This row has a stitch called a popcorn stitch which is made by putting 5 treble crochets in the designated place, drop the loo from the hook and insert the hook in the first treble crochet of the 5-treble crochet group and pull the dropped loop through it. It makes it stick out a little in a doily. The popcorn stitch is in the spots between the wood violet rings.

Burnt Orange Maple Leaf Dishcloth.

Flirty Fan Doily.


The pink fan part was done up first and then the flowers for this doily were crocheted onto the fan doily part and then the pink edging was done around the flowers and then the little piece that sticks at the base of the fan was then crocheted. This is the finished picture of this doily.
Each of the 3-tiered flowers have 6 petals.
When I do this doily again I will do a step by step process of this doily.

This is step three showing one row of the color Wood Violet. This row takes me a little longer to do because of the loops make it harder to do it. The little things that are sticking out from the loops are called picots. I find those are tedious to do.
