Step 3 of making this Twilight Torch Doily.

This is step three showing one row of the color Wood Violet. This row takes me a little longer to do because of the loops make it harder to do it. The little things that are sticking out from the loops are called picots. I find those are tedious to do.
Look out for step 4 of this Twilight Torch Doily.

Step 2 of making this Twilight Torch Doily.

This is step two showing one row of the color Baby Blue. This row uses only the back loops of the stitches. This leaves a pattern of raised lines with the front loops that does not get used in the doily.
